  To all:

The 2002 IAC Knowns (power and glider), along with the new format Form A's
are now available for viewing and downloading on the IAC web site
(http://www.iac.org). The Knowns are available in three file formats: GIF
for quick viewing, PDF for printing, and VSD for importing into Visio. New
for this year, the PDF and VSD files contain all three forms (A, B, and C),
rather than having to download and save three separate files.

Please note that the VSD files are for 5.0 and higher versions of Visio.
They will NOT open in Visio 4. If you have a friend with version 5 Visio,
they can open and resave the files for you in version 4 format. However,
starting with Visio 2000, Visio will not down-convert to anything less than
version 5 (thank Microsoft for making the newer versions incompatible with
the older).

Also on the same page with the Knowns, you will find the new format Form A
for both power and glider. If you are creating or modifying your Free
program for 2002, you will need use one of these new forms which, besides
being in portrait format, now includes an area for the approving judge's
IAC number. If you are an Aresti software user, version 6 of this software
already uses the new forms.

Happy Holidays!
