Perhaps I am missreading the NOTAM. I assumed PXT refered to the Patuxent VORTAC which is about 105NM Southeast of P40. Also, the NOTAM refers to 38 40 02 N/076 03 19 W. The sectional shows P-40 to be at about 39 39 03N/077 28 04 W.
