Sorry this is not strictly acro related. But has anyone out there had problems with the L4-L5/L5-S1 discs in the lower back. Too many years of running and skiing moguls have finally caught up with me. Please E-mail me privately if you have had the unfortunate experience of damaging one/both of these discs and what you did about it.
