Years ago I too had a similar aileron vibration. It only occurred at 185 +MPH. As time wore on it continued to get worse. Drove me nuts trying to isolate the problem. Eventually I found the left lower rod end bearing on the slave strut had developed some wear. I replaced this bearing and all was well again. Good Luck, Dan Rihn
