Just a reminder to everyone who is interested in making proposals for changes in the IAC rulebook ....
Deadline for submission of proposed changes is tomorrow, October 15th. This information is included in the front of the rulebook. You can submit your changes directly to Howie Stock, IAC Rules Chairman at the following e-mail address:

With all the problems we have had with AOL, I don't think Howie has seen any of the recent discussions on rules but know he would like to hear from you. The IAC Rules Committee is charged with the responsibility of considering every proposal forwarded by the membership. They normally do not formulate proposals of their own as a committee. Their recommendations will be reviewed by the IAC Board in November in Oshkosh.
1996 Knowns will be approved in Oshkosh .... they will be published in the August issue. Sorry it will be quite late, but any comments can be directed to Howie at any time up to the Board meeting, which is November 9-10th. I also believe that Guenther has the Knowns on the Home Page for your review and comment.
