Posted for a friend on the airport. 1974 PITTS S2A PROJECT 734 TT 515 SMOH Aircraft was disassembled for recovering several years ago and I have not had the time to finish. The fuselage is covered and painted. Wing, ailerons, tail feathers covered ready for fill and paint. The wings and ailerons were gone through by the factory ( Aviat Aircraft ) for various minor repairs. Have not had time to finish. All work done is show quality by A&P. Covering process is Airtech, have most materials to finish. King KY97 comm, Hooker harness, new ELT, two place canopy and single place canopy. Logs are complete. Aircraft does have damage history, I do not have details of incident but according to logs it involved landing gear, lower wings, prop and engine. If you priced recovering a Pitts S2 aircraft you understand how expensive that can be, 20k to 30k depending where you go. This is a great deal with most of the work already done. Price is $40,000.00 firm. Walter Lansing 512-393-8690 wlansingav at austin.rr.com Attachement 1: part2.html
