Dear IAC'ers,
The New England Aerobatic Club is exploring dates for our 1996
contest. Having to juggle spring holidays with hotel-consuming
university graduations and other scheduled contests has left us
with a proposal for Memorial Day weekend (Friday-Sunday, May
24-26).
We've been able to avoid this weekend in past years, and thus
have little idea whether it's a viable one for contest participants.
So, this informal survey: If you fly or volunteer at competitions,
would you drop me a short line and let me know whether you'd be able
to attend a Memorial Day weekend contest (not just ours, but
anyone's)? I'll post a summary of the results to the mailing list
for general consumption.
Thanks!
Jim Ward,
IAC Chapter 35's 1996 Contest Director
