  practiced what is currently being discussed. As the famous quote goes:
Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
 We have a medium, in this exploder, to share our collective experiences
for the betterment of the sport.  The archive function further gives us
the means to refresh foggy memories or infuse new subscribers with
anothers lessons learned.
 We should not keep secrets where survival is concerned.  If you feel that
after living through a potentially fatal or hazardous incident, that by
revealing it publicly you may be in peril of losing your certificate, I'm
sure there are ways we can devise to shield your identity and provide
anonymity.
 Please don't hesitate to contact Bruce Johnson or any of the other
members of the Mishap Committee. They exist for our benefit and will
listen without judging you.
