This brings to mind a similar question I have. I recently replaced my Pitts S1S with a Pitts S1T. I do not have any oil pressure problems but the T uses much more oil than the S did. With the T I go through about a quart every three hours. I was thinking this might be due to the inverted system needing an overhaul. Is it likely that this would be the problem or would I experience an oil pressure drop if the inverted system were in need of an overhaul. Thanks, Larry Willson Dave Pilkington wrote: > > How long are these vertical down lines? > Aviat has a kit for O/H of the inverted oil system - maybe its just that > time to replace springs etc. > ---------------------------------------------------- > If you have ICQ you can message me.
