I think everyone is missing the point with the 1999 advance known. I think the reason CIVA has put less emphasis on the known is to put more weight on the unknowns and frees. The changes to the blue book will give pilots more latitude on the unknown and free flights. I'm excited about these changes. Advance is going to be even more fun, now. Life's a bitch, then you fly!
