Hubie- I am going thru the same routine with my Bucker Jungmann currently
and I will have to furnish a new program letter IAW FAR 21.193 and get my
old operations limitations revised to specify a new base airport. See also
FAA manual 8130.2D, Para 140.
regards and good luck...George Andre
