  I've been using the net since 1983.  I've seen all this before.
This list is in dire need of being moderated.  I think that G.E.
can do a great job of that, since he'll permit any viewpoint bit
I'm sure he cares enough about the list to keep certain language
and other non-acro stuff off the list.  I've used moderated lists
for a very long time and they can work quite well at filtering out
the sort of messages that have been flying around this week.
