  Try cleaning the snubber screw on the gage. Neal has a combo oil temp oil 
press gage. While you have the hose disconnected you may want to disconnect 
the engine end and blow some av gas or carb cleaner thru. Oil gets in there 
sometimes. A little oil in there will screw things up and block it or make it 
sluggish.
