Question Number 2... (sorry!)

Does anyone have any information pertaining to companies that will finance a 
one-of-a-kind, experimental aircraft?  We have tried NAFCO, but they consider 
this airplane to be incomplete by some minor technicalities (as it's been 
assembled, disassembled and never flown). 

Again, your input is highly valued and appreciated!
