  The old test pilot rule of thumb on any airplane is to stall it, note the 
indicated stall speed, and then fly 1.3 times that speed on final.  My S1S 
stalls at an indicated 64 mph.  64 x 1.3 = 83.2 which rounds up to 85.  I 
have been using 85 on final in N1BZ now for over 25 years.  Seems to work.  I 
have also used the 1.3 times stall speed on several first flights on 
restorations and the resulting number has worked well for those as well.
