Although I'm only 6'1", I'm long waisted and no matter how I'm belted in or
how the seat is arranged, any push causes me to hit the canopy with my head.

Although I've researched several solutions, the most expedient seems to be to
blow a new canopy. Yesterday, it appears capricious desert winds snatched
open my canopy in my absence. I returned to find the canopy shattered
(snubbing strap broken). Fortunately, the frame is fine and there was no
wing damage. But, since the canopy must be replaced; blowing a new one seems
like the right idea at this point.

I would very much appreciate any information from anyone else who has had
experience with blowing a 300S canopy and the legalities with regard to
certification/337, etc.
