I left out the shower of sparks switch needs to be on. In my Yak, when the
shower switch is on, they don't actually turn on until the start button is
depressed.

1. Tie a rag to one end of a piece of of rope approx. 10' long. The rag
should be tied at the corners to form a sort of cup.
2. Tie a big wrench to the other side of the rope to use as a handle.
3. Prime engine normally, and set prop so that one blade is at approx. 7:30.
4. Hook rag on the tip of the blade so that it will come off as the prop
   turns.
5. Person in cockpit turn mags and shower of sparks on.
6. Person in cockpit depresses start button while person on ground pulls
   prop through with rope.
7. Engine starts.

Wes
