  Dear IAC'ers:

The Board of Directors have met and determined the final versions of the
2003 Primary through Intermediate Knowns (power and glider). The CIVA
plenary meeting is later this week and we should know by next week which
Advanced and Unlimited Knowns were chosen.

The final drawings for the Primary through Intermediate Knowns are in
preparation and will be posted on the IAC web site in the near future. For
those of you too anxious to wait and want to start practicing, here are the
"word" versions of the Knowns:

2003 Primary Known
Still called "Primary", but the sequence is back to the old "BASIC".
That is:
           One-turn positive spin
           Loop
           180-deg. turn
           Full slow roll
           90-deg. turn

2003 Sportsman Power Known
The proposed sequence (as currently posted on the IAC web site) was
modified as follows:
Replace Fig. #1 with a vanilla loop (7.5.1)
           Delete Fig. #9, the loop
Renumber the full slow roll (proposed Fig. #10) as Fig. #9
	Add new Fig. #10, a 270-deg. turn (2.1.3)

2003 Intermediate Power Known
No changes from proposed sequence currently posted on the IAC web site

2003 Sportsman Glider Known I and II
No changes from proposed sequences currently posted on the IAC web site

2003 Intermediate Glider Known
No changes from proposed sequence currently posted on the IAC web site

I will post a notice on this mail list when the final versions (Forms A, B,
and C) of all
Knowns are available for downloading from the IAC web site.

Have fun!
