I would appreciate the views of some aerobatic flying lawyers on the exploder concerning the use of a Delaware corporation to shield an individual from liability. 1. Does the corporate structure really afford any protection from liability if the only 'activity' of the corporation is owning the aerobatic airplane for the owner's recreational use? 2. If there is no real protection from liability, what are the remaining advantages of creating a corporation to own the airplane? Thanks Mark Dunkerley Attachement 1: part2.html
