I've been dealing with Randolph Engineering for several years because getting 
my specs with bayonet ear pieces makes 'em slip, easily, under headsets, 
helmets, etc.  And, I think their frame designs are military and cool.   
Recently, due to some confusion, most likely on my end, I got the wrong size 
clip-on sunglasses from Randolph Engineering.  I sent them back with a note 
explaining the problem and the fact the due to their failur to fit they fell 
off and a lense was scratched.  Mimi at Randoph immediately responded with a 
credit to my Visa account.

It's nice to find someone in G.A. who is responsive and goes the extra mile 
for their customer.
