Various Air Forces have reported the results of studies which address the question you have raised. These have been reported in issues of Aviation Medicine. A quick summary is that weight training (isometric exercise) increases resistance to G-LOC and Aerobic trai8ning increases resistance to fatigue. You mut remember however that the duration of G load is greater in military aviation than sport aerobatics so the conclusions are not 100% typical. When first biginning aerobatics I noticed an increase in the size of my collar requirement. The muscles in my neck grew I think. (Others have said my fat head was pulled downwards by the G forces.)
