Several people have been trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with Steve Morris. We know he is in the process of building (and moving into) a new house and that might be part of the problem. He is supposed to teach a judges' school in San Diego in 2 weeks, so we need to contact him ASAP. If anyone out their knows how to find him, please ask him to call Lois Rose (301)937-4473 ASAP.
