  I need some help with a cracked spinner. I have a 3 blade prop with a BN3
aluminum spinner. The spinner in three place all three are in the same place.
at the cut out for the prop at the leading edge corner. I had these welded and
replaced the spinner. I flew two flights, this time it cracked in 3 more
places, at 3 mounting holes on the rear bulkhead.

The spinner is not attached to the front bulkhead, is this a factor?
The cutouts are large
. I did not have the litte triangular piece in between the cutout and the
prop, is this a factor. The spinner is from A/C Spruce and in 0.08 thick.
Is anyone aware of a Bn3 composite spinner? I don't want to put a new spinner
on until I figure this out.

The engine is an IO360-200hp. I have been flying Intermediate practice with
some outside snaps for fun.

The spinner engine combination have approx. 50 hours.
