There is a parachute operation at 2V2 that began recently. We will have a sequencing procedure to alternate between jumps and activity in the box. The jumpers come down inside the pattern and land N of runway 11-29 and W of the ramp. The box is S of the runway. During practice and contest times, the traffic pattern for all transient aircraft will be: RIGHT TRAFFIC RWY 29 / LEFT TRAFFIC RWY 11. CTAF/Unicom is 122.8, field elevation is 5052' and pattern altitude is 5850'. Pilots briefings, as always, are mandatory for competitors. >>>> and... ------------------------------------------------------------------ Come compete, work the judges line, or just watch & have fun!
