Anyone holding a reservation at the Best Western in Monticello for Friday 
night needs to cancel by 4 pm Thursday in order not to be charged for Friday 
in case you don't make it in until Saturday morning.  You will probably be 
able to get the room back for Friday in case you do make it in, but will lose 
the $5 discount.  Right now we're going ahead with the contest and praying 
for breaks in the weather.

Please spread the word for folks who do not read email.
