Don't close those hangar doors yet! Come to the "Aspen Leaf Akro Challenge" to be held in Sterling, Colorado on October 5th, and 6th!!! The fresh autumn air will help those aircraft shine in their performance. The trophies are shined and ready to be awarded...The special"Pitts Cup" trophy will be awarded to the best "Pitts" pilot at the competiton. A five catagory contest...hangar space is available. So, come one, come all.... The airport is 3 miles West of the city. Paved runway 15-33 is 4725' X 75'. Traffic pattern will be Left for 15 and Right for 33 during the contest. CTAF is 122.8 Hangars available.
