If your Pitts is the victim of the two recent ADs, one dealing with a
longeron problem and one dealing with a lower wing attach fitting, you may
wish to contact Aviat (AVIAT at sisna.com).  I understand there are two kits
awaiting FAA approval.  Both have two advantages, the first is they may save
your life and the second, if approved, may extend the mandatory inspection
periods.  

There is a list developing for the kits.  Contact Sandy to get on it.  Might
be a good idea to do that ASAP as I'm sure there will be a glut of orders as
soon as they are available.
