Message:

For those who are attempting to unsubscribe to the IAC mail list:

A lot of people seem confused on how to get off the list once they're
on. Sending it to the general list will never get you off. You have
to send it to the same address as you did to subscribe in the first
     place.

You must send your unsubscribe request to:

     iac-request at harten.cbu.edu

with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject and message body

Don't type anything else in the message.

     I hope this helps.

Also, anyone expecting to receive a direct answer to a message they
post needs to put their email address in their message. I don't know
whether it's true for all email systems, but my IAC messages come in
from administrator at harten.cbu.edu, with no clue who sent them if there
     isn't a signature.
