I saw a film on TV a number of years ago that answers your question. It
showes a fly landing on a ceiling, and in IAC language the fly does a half
loop. Actually the fly does sort of a trapaze assisted half loop. The fly,
flys at the celing and at the right instant it reaches and grabs the ceiling
with it's front feet and does sort of a "snap loop" to a landing.
