Forgive me if this is a repeat post.

I tried to post it earlier (twice) but I don't think it went through.

I just heard that my post looking for a new canopy has caused some
people with Extras on order to call Jim Moser at Aerosport and ask if
there's a parts supply problem.

In all fairness I should clarify the situation.

Jim told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get a new canopy for my Extra
300. When you consider that it has to be shipped from Europe, that's
actually pretty darn good.

It's just that I'm an extremely impatient person (and I get a little
cranky when I can't fly).

So I thought that I'd check and see if anyone had a canopy here in the
states. I reasoned that it would cut my down time significantly.

As to anyone who has an Extra on order (or is contemplating buying one),
don't worry about support. Not even a little.

Jim and his staff have been absolutely fantastic in every respect. And
I didn't even buy my plane from him. I bought it used, and he still
helped me with everything.

I wish everyone I had to deal with in business was as easy to get along
with and supportive as Aerosport.
