The Grayson County BOX is ready. Practice starts Thursday AM. You must be tech'd before you can fly! The markers are out now, and things look pretty nice. WARNING: We will have FOUR FAA men in attendance to keep us extra extra extra extra safe. Be sure you check your papers before you launch at least 4 times. My guess is we are being screened for operating out of airports without a control tower in operation. PLEASE BEHAVE YOURSELVES, and be nice to Skippy. Base will be Don Ort's hanger with lots of overflow space available all over the airport. Make a reservation today at the Holiday Inn Express 903-464-0340, otherwise you might have to arrange your own ride to and from. Please bring 9 form "A"s, and 16 each "B"s and "C"s. Plan on VERY HOT weather. Bring a hat and cool clothes! If you are planning to attend, message the Contest Director, Bill Marcellus at: <mailto:BulletEdge at aol.com> or me, <mailto:TwoWing6 at ix.netcom.com> We would like to get a rough head count for judging and social events. Special NOTE: Somebody stole our pig from Morphew's freezer! We are not pointing any fingers but everything would be cool if the thief returned the pig to Preston Staley for sacrifice on Friday at the contest BBQ. No questions asked. Kurt O.
