     1973 Decathlon N41696 SN 116-73 150HP fixed pitch propellor

     ~1000 TTAF, ~350 SMOH

     Owner: Richard G. Ermer,
            716-338-2118
            76237.51 at compuserve.com

PRICE: $35,000 BASED: Rochester, NY (airport ID- 7G0)

I purchased this aircraft in September 1993 with ~680 hours. I have
used the aircraft only for personal purposes, mostly sportsman level
aerobatics. I am selling it and a 152 Aerobat to buy a higher
     performance aerobatic aircraft.

DAMAGE HISTORY: This aircraft originaly had a constant speed propellor.
In the spring of 1992 it was involved in a landing accident in which
the rudder and propellor struck the ground. At that time, the engine
was overhauled by Mattituck and the aircraft was converted to a fixed
     pitch propellor.

     ANNUAL: Last annual 12/96 948TT.

AVIONICS: King KX-155 NavCom; King TXPDR/C, David Clark Intercom,
Apollo 612C Loran. ELT Battery due 8/98

EXTERIOR: Original fabric; aircraft is red on wings and parts of
fuselage, which is also blue. Wing tops have feather pattern, bottoms
have red and white stripes. Fabric in good condition on wings; good to
fair on fuselage. I have the wheel pants for the aircraft. Aileron
spades have been installed. As far as I know, the aircraft has always
     been hangared.

MAINTENANCE: Both mufflers replaced 10/94. Alternator replaced 10/95.
Fuel injector, divider and nozzles overhauled 9/96. New landing gear
U-bolts and attach bolts installed 10/94.

INTERIOR: Good condition. Both seats have 5 point harness and
     auxillary seat belt
