The Jessica Chain letter is a cruel HOAX and a FRAUD.

Please DO NOT forward it to anyone.

Please tell your site email administrator to get the word out to all
users.

If you don't beleive me, check out what the American Cancer Society
says about it.  Their home page is http://www.cancer.org.  From the
home page, use their ACS search engine to locate the keywords
"jessica".
