The Bristish Aerobatic Association announce An 'Autumn Aerobatic Bonanza' > Due to the bad weather that ruined both the Tiger Trophy at Breighton > and > the competition held at Compton Abbas, an extra competition date has > been > arranged to contest the unawarded trophies. > > This additional competition will now be held at Breighton Airfield on > Saturday and Sunday, October 4th and 5th 1997. > > Contest classes will be :- > > 1. Beginners - Group I (known) > 2. Standard - Group I (known) and Group III (unknown) > 3. Intermediate - Group I (known) and Group III (unknown) > 4. Advanced - Group I (known) and Group III (unknown) > > The briefing and mandatory Roll Call will be at 0800 on Saturday 4th. > Subject to weather circumstances, flying will commence at 0900 on > Saturday with the Beginners class. The subsequent order of flight is > likely > to be Standard, Intermediate and then the Advanced Group I's. The > contest > is expected to finish by early Sunday afternoon. > > Awards will be :- > > 1. Beginners - 1st place shield. > 2. Standard - The Golding Barratt Trophy > 3.
