  I saw the video again on the news last nite, or at least
 the short snip that they keep reshowing of the last few seconds.
 
 It looks to me now like the plane was sinking very fast at impact.
 On Sat nite when I first saw it, I thought he had about pulled out of 
 it.  Now that I have seen it a few times, it looks more like
 the plane had a secondary stall (he may have pulled very hard close
 to the end) and the plane may have been stalled and sinking.
 
 Allison, I never did see your note yesterday on this newsgroup. Maybe
 we are loosing messages again?
