 Interesting discussion.  I was just sent an AD on Extra 200 - 300 series
about installing a seatbelt cover on the front belt - it seems the belt is
interfering with the rear rudder pedals if not secured.  (Big suprise, I
wonder why they never issued an AD to the two hole Pitts drivers).   I do
remember the AD  specifically stating that it applied to arcraft in the
Experimental Category, so once again the FAA is confusing me.
