 Yes, there is one FAA form for a Maintenance Repairman to do your own
annuals if you built the aircraft.  It only applies to your aircraft which you
must have built yourself.  I forget the number of the form, but when you
get your homebuilt inspected, just ask the inspector for the form to fill out. 
I filled it out later and sent it in before the first year was up.
