     If you are the origional builder of your Eagle the FAA will issue you an
Repairman-A/C Builder certificate which basically gives you inspection
authorization for the Eagle ( only the specific serial number) that you
built.  The initial airworthiness certificate must be issued by them, but
from then on you can do your own annuals, etc.  I have had one for my Pitts
since 1981.
