OK, you've been to the regionals.  You've been to COTA and the Nationals.  You should have been at the Cajun Contest.  And now, it's time for the premier aerobatic event of the year.  I refer of course to the Blind Man's Bluff... a triple throw down, all Unknown sequences contest for Intermediate and Advanced categories.  Here's what you do:  Bring yourself, your trusty steed, all IAC required paperphenalia, a Halloween costume and show up at McGregor TX airport (PWG) this Saturday, October 30th.  Registration and Tech inspections start at high noon on Friday the 29th.  The box will be open Friday afternoon for practice.  Pilots briefing will be at 8:00 AM Saturday morning.  For those slackers flying in late Saturday morning, don't worry, there should be plenty of time for you to get your three Unknown flights in.  There will be a hangar social Friday evening and awards banquet/B-B-Q dinner/costume party Saturday night.  Registration fee is $70.00; banquet tickets are $10.00.
McGregor airport is located approximately 10 nm WSW of Waco, TX (on Highway 84).  Unicom frequency is 122.8. Bring your favorite Unknown figures for submission to construct the second flight and some form of documentation proving that you are qualified to fly in the category for which you register (e.g., results from a 1999 IAC contest in which you participated, a Form A for the Known sequence signed by a current IAC judge, or some other equivalent documentation).
